On March 5, 2012, the world lost a most beautiful and shining soul in Oneida Barton Elmore, who went to be with our Heavenly Father. Oneida was 83 years old. She was married for sixty years to Ralph Elmore. She was a devoted mother to her son Arne and her daughter Marva, as well as to her eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She and her husband served many years as Evangelists, Missionaries and Pastors in Sri Lanka (Ceylon), Fiji Islands, the Philippines, as well as in various parts of the USA. She always maintained a strong passion for God's Kingdom and things spiritual' She was born in 1928 in Bentley, Louisiana, to David Madison Barton and Grace Angeline Thompson Barton. She is survived by one brother, Dexter Barton, and one step-brother, Phillip Turner. Oneida loved the beauties of nature such as birds, animals, flowers, trees, mountains, lakes and the seashore, which she enjoyed on her daily walks while she lived. Her husband, Ralph, and Oneida lived in retirement in Davenport, Nebraska, for the past five years. But due to family living in Idaho funeral services and internment will be held at Morris Hill Cemetery in Boise, Idaho, provided by Relyea Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 14. The Elmore Family would like to thank all the family friends and acquaintances that touched Oneida's life over the last 83 years.

Condolence Messages
It is with deepest sympathy that we send our regards to you in the loss of Oneida. We are the Forerunner Pastors of Gateway District of the Foursquare Gospel.
We received a picture of Ralph and Oneida when we took the position we are in and it has been like we knew Oneida for a very long time. She had an awesome smile and the Glory of the Lord radiated from her.
May God's Peace comfort all of you and know she is now resting in the arms of God. No more pain. No more tears. She is in the place she taught and learned about, in the presence of Jesus, her Saviour and King.
May you find complete rest in Jesus.
In Christ Love,
